We offer wide range of PVC Compounds like PVC Plastisol Compounds. Plastisols are used for manufacturing of wide range of products as rain boots, hand gloves, upholstery fabrics and tanks, small moulded parts, drum lining, strippable vinyl coating, crown caps lining, electrical insulation filters & covering of electroplating jigs and hangers and for decoration.

We offer wide range of Plastisol Compounds For Electroplating Jigs / Hangers. Plastisol is a physical mixture of vinyl resins and compatible plasticizers. Unlike most fluid materials they consist of 100 % solids and do not require the evaporation of solvents or water.
We offer wide range of Non Pvc Inks. These inks have a very good washing fastness and withstand even very dry rubbing and wet rubbing , these inks have a good shelf life or pot life. The printing procedures and the screen washing methods are same as plastisol.
We offer Water Based Inks. These Inks Should be tested before the start of printing. Heat curing should be applied at temperature of 150'C for 1, 3-5 minutes after printing which varies depending upon the film weight, drying eqipment and fabric. These inks have good washing fastness. Strong of these inks should be done at temperature of 17'C - 25'C
We offer wide range of Direct Printing Inks. These inks do not air dry, therefore, they are fused with an appropriate heat source to achieve durability. The amount of ink deposited, fabric and the type of heat source used directs the time and temperature cycle variation.
